STANDBY POWER. MOBILE FLEXIBILITY.

Designed for both standby and mobile applications, PTO generators can be installed as backup systems, supporting critical operations such as dairy farms during grid outages, or integrated into automatic mains failure (AMF) systems for seamless continuity of supply. At the same time, they provide mobile power capability, enabling electricity to be deployed wherever it is needed across the farm.

From livestock operations to field-based equipment, PTO generators ensure productivity, protect assets, and maintain continuity in all conditions.

POWER WHERE AND WHEN YOU NEED IT

Harness the power you already own. PTO generators enable a tractor to generate electricity wherever it’s needed on the farm, without the cost of a permanent grid connection. Utilising a PTO generator, it’s possible to power:

Dairy parlours and milking systems during outages Grain dryers and processing equipment during harvest
Irrigation pumps in remote fields Barns, workshops, and temporary installations

RANGE OVERVIEW – GO, PRO, MAX

Three product ranges provide solutions for every type of agricultural operation:

PRO Range (20–82.5 kVA)

Designed for dairy and mixed farming operations, featuring brushless alternators with digital AVR for precise voltage regulation and consistent performance.

MAX Range (30–150 kVA)

Heavy-duty solutions for commercial farms, with robust construction for continuous or year-round outdoor use, utilising a zinc-coated frame. Control with digital AVRs..

ENGINEERED FOR AGRICULTURAL PERFORMANCE

Agricultural loads bring their own demands, and the alternator is built to match them. Motor starting capability reaches up to 400% overload for 20 seconds on GO models and 300% on PRO and MAX, enough to handle the inrush from pumps, compressors and milking equipment. PRO and MAX models add AVR-controlled voltage regulation to within ±1%, compared with ±5% on transformer-controlled GO units.

The alternator itself runs in a double-bearing configuration, with a full shaft supported at both ends independently of the gearbox. That keeps the tractor’s PTO weight evenly distributed rather than loading the gearbox directly, which is what gives these units their reliability under continuous, variable farm use.

EXPERT ADVICE, WHEN YOU NEED IT

Choosing the right PTO generator depends on your tractor’s capability, your farm’s load profile, and how the system needs to integrate with existing power. Our technical teams can help with sizing, output matching, AMF or standby integration, and environmental protection options.
